Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notification will be sent Friday night after the auction closes. The email will be titled “SETTLEMENT” which comes directly from “AUCTION NOTICE”. If you don't receive an email by the following morning please contact us at (817) 757-3722. Auction closes starting at 6:00 pm CST Friday August 7th, 2026. This is a soft close with the first lot beginning at 6pm with another lot closing every twenty seconds. If a bid comes in within the last two minutes of an items closing, the clock will reset for another two minutes and will continue to reset with each bid until bidding stops for that item. The credit card you use to register for the auction will be charged at auction close. If you change your card in hibid during the auction we do not have access to the new information. Please register with the card you intend to use. Once you register for the auction you are only approved for the amount of $5000. If you need a higher available bid amount please contact us in advance of the closing of the auction so that we may approve your bids. If you do not contact us your bids may not be approved before the lot closes. Weatherford Auction Gallery strives to provide as much information as possible but encourages in person inspection by bidders. Statements regarding condition of objects are only for general guidance and should not be relied upon as complete statements of fact, and does not constitute a representation, warranty or assumption of liability by Weatherford Auction Gallery. Some condition issues may not be noted in the item description but are apparent in the provided photos. Weatherford Auction Gallery does not guarantee condition of frames and shall not be liable for any damages / scratches to frame, glass, acrylic coverings or art that has slipped in frames.
