This Accusharp 2-step Carbide Knife Sharpener Features A Compact Hand-held Design With Two V-notch Sharpening Slots And A Rubber Over-molded Grip For Non-slip Control. It Uses Pre-angled, Diamond-honed Tungsten Carbide Blades In The Coarseslot To Restore Damaged Or Dull Edges And Fine Ceramic Finishing Rods In The Second Slot To Refine And Polish The Cutting Surface. Operation Requires Just Three Or Four Strokes Through The Carbide Slot To Reestablish The Bevel And Three Orfour Strokes Through The Ceramic Rods To Finish The Edge, Producing A Smooth, Usable Cutting Surface Without Tools Or Adjustments.
