Verify the lot is shippable before bidding (check the right corner of each lot for shipping symbol). When registering for the auction, select “Shipping needed”. Buyer pays shipping cost + $2 per lot for handling with a minimum of $8 per invoice. If the item you want is not marked as shippable, please reach out and we may be able to ship for additional charge. After the auction closes, you will receive an invoice. Shipping instructions: 1) We will automatically ship your items if you requested shipping when you registered for the auction 2) If you did not request shipping when you registered, but would now like your items shipped, please reply to the invoice email and state "Shipping Needed" 3) Verify the ship to address on your invoice is correct 4) You have 24 hours to notify us if the shipping address is not correct or you no longer want your items shipped 5) We will package and mail items in 2-4 business days 6) Once shipped, we will send a new invoice with shipping charges and tracking information 7) Items lost, sent to the wrong address or damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer has the option of filing a claim with the carrier but we will not refund for ANY lost of broken items 8) Invoices over $100 will include insurance for the invoice amount 9) Invoices over $400 will require signature confirmation
