Large Vintage Brass Bucket / Planter / Waste Can

Offered is a large vintage brass bucket / planter with side handles. The piece is a cylindrical bucket with rolled top rim, incised line banding near top and foot, and two side handles with stylized fish head brackets and dumbbell shaped grips, with visible vertical solder seam, measuring approximately 13" to 14" tall x approximately 12" to 13" diameter at top. The bucket shows surface wear consistent with age and use including light scratches, scuffs, surface tarnish and discoloration, mottled patina, light pitting / spotting, and light dents and dimpling as pictured. There is scattered green verdigris spotting particularly at lower edge / foot seam and at handle mounts. The interior shows heavy discoloration, oxidation and residue with reddish-brown and whitish mottling to base interior. The bottom exterior shows wear. Sold as-is.
