6 Piece Copper Lot - Pitcher and Mugs

Offered is a 6 piece copper lot including 1 hammered copper water pitcher and 5 copper mugs. The pitcher is a pear-shaped hammered copper jug with flared spout, ornate cast brass handle with floral medallion, and stepped brass footed base, measuring approximately 12" tall x approximately 7" wide at the body, with paper labels on base reading "MADE IN INDIA ITEM #: 3936 $29.99 M4" and "DECORATIVE, NOT FOR FOOD USE." The mugs are straight-sided copper mugs with applied copper D-handles and incised banding near top and bottom, each measuring approximately 4" to 4-1/2" tall x approximately 3-1/2" diameter. The group shows surface wear consistent with age and use and storage including light scratches, scuffs, surface tarnish and discoloration, and small dents as pictured. The pitcher shows light tarnish to brass handle and foot, dark residue and solder discoloration to the underside of the foot, and interior hammered texture with dark spotting and light oxidation. The mugs show light wear, interior clouding and discoloration consistent with use, and one mug shows heavier green verdigris spotting to interior as pictured. Sold as-is as one lot.
