Vintage Octagonal Copper Canister with Hinged Lid

Offered is a vintage octagonal copper canister with hinged domed lid. The canister has an octagonal copper body with stepped base, brass band trim at the rim and lid edge, small brass hinge at rear, domed lid with brass mushroom finial, and tinned interior. Labeled on the bottom "Regal Views Made in Korea" and measures approximately 6-1/2" wide x 9" tall to finial. The copper shows surface wear consistent with age and use including surface tarnish, discoloration, dark spotting, light scratches, and small dents to sides and lid as pictured, with the lid showing slight warping / not sitting fully flush at one side. The brass trim shows light wear and tarnish. The tinned interior shows wear and light discoloration with some residue. The bottom shows wear and small handwritten notation. Sold as-is.
