Scarce Dr. Pepper #26 electric plastic peddle car. ca 1990's-2000's? Untested with battery and steering wheel with manual in a plastic bag. Some wear/toning. Squeak toy horn. There does not appear to be a screw to attach the steeing wheel. It appears lightly used. Rare, possibly promotional for a sales representative. 22 x 48 x 15 1/2" tall approx.
