Signed by the author Doris Wiant Harvey, Wiant - Bogart Cross-Country Odyssey 1915 Traveling by Partin-Palmer and Model T Ford 1915 Doris Wiant Harvey, Route 1, Sweet Valley, Pa. Copyright 1982. "Wiant-Bogart, Cross-Country Odyssey 1915" is a privately published 1982 book written by local historian Doris Wiant Harvey. It chronicles a historic cross-country road trip undertaken by her grandparents, William and Nora Wiant, alongside Sam and Lucretia Bogart. The travelers journeyed across the United States from Pennsylvania to California in two distinct vehicles: a Partin-Palmer automobile and a Model-T Ford. The book was compiled using the original diaries of the grandparents and the firsthand memories of Harvey's father, Charles Wiant. Harvey's Lake History has an interesting article about Wiant's Museum. 8 1/2 x 11", 35 pages.
