MAJHA MERCH AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Welcome to Majha Merch's auctions. By participating, you agree to the following terms: Binding Agreement By bidding, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in bid invalidation or legal action. Definitions Auction: An event where items are sold to the highest bidder. Bidder/Buyer: An individual/entity registered to participate in the Auction. Buyer's Premium: A 15% fee added to the winning bid. Handling Fee: 1 handling fees will be applied, covering processing costs. HST: Harmonized Sales Tax at 13%, as per Ontario law. Auction Items Description: Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranties, unless stated. Categories include overstock, packaging-damaged goods, and customer returns. Condition: Items may have cosmetic imperfections. Inspect before bidding. Bidder Eligibility Registration: Bidders must be 18+ and provide valid ID. Information Accuracy: Ensure all registration details are accurate. Bidding Process Placement: Bids are binding offers. Retraction is not allowed. Winning Bid: The highest bid at auction close wins. Disputes are resolved at our discretion. Payment Terms Amount Due: Winning bid + 15% Buyer's Premium + Handling Fee + 13% HST, payable within 48 hours. Methods: E-transfer to [email protected] (include invoice number) or cash (in-person).otherwise credit card on the file Item Pickup and Shipping Scheduling: via majhamerch.com Schedule: tuesday and saturday of the upcoming week. Missed Appointments: No rescheduling; a 15% restocking fee applies if you miss your appointment. Cancellation: If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us at least 4-5 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Shipping: Method: International shipping via Canada Post and UPS. Charges: By requesting shipping, you agree to charges, verifiable on their websites. Alternative Shipping: Arrange your own shipping by informing us before bidding. Billing: Shipping charges are billed to your payment method with your invoice. No refunds on shipping charges. Address: Items ship to the address on file. To use a different address, inform us before bidding. Liability: We are not responsible for shipping damages; risk transfers to the buyer once with the carrier. Buyer Guarantee Refund Eligibility: Available within 7 days if an item significantly differs from its description or has undisclosed defects. Exclusions: No refunds for cosmetic imperfections or buyer's remorse. Process: Submit claims to [email protected] 7 days. Items may be inspected before refunds. Special Offers & Discounts New Buyer Discount Voucher: Receive a 5% discount voucher upon full payment, valid for the next auction.
