"WIZON HUB AUCTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. General Overview These Terms and Conditions (""Terms"") govern all participation in online auctions conducted by Wizon Hub Auctions. By registering, bidding, or purchasing from any auction hosted by Wizon Hub, you (""the Bidder"" or ""the Buyer"") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility and Registration: All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Registration requires accurate personal information. Wizon Hub reserves the right to approve or revoke any registration. Each bidder account is personal and non transferable. 3. Registration Process: To ensure accurate payment processing, please verify your credit card information. The billing address on your card must match our records. Your Hibid reputation score will determine your eligibility to bid. If your score is below 0 or if there are negative notes from other auctioneers, a refundable deposit of $100 CAD will be required. The deposit will be refunded if you do not win the auction or applied to your invoice if you win. During registration, you may also indicate your preferred payment method (Credit/Cash/E-transfer). Please note that requesting shipping during registration does not automatically initiate the shipping process (refer to Section 7). 4. Bidding Guidelines: Once a bid is placed, it is final and cannot be reversed. Please bid carefully. If you fail to adhere to this policy, Section 7 may apply. You can inquire about any items during the auction using the ""Contact Auctioneer"" button. Responses may be delayed on weekends due to our closure on Saturdays and Sundays. However, queries will be addressed promptly on weekdays. 4. Invoices & Clerking: Invoices will be generated within 24 hours of the auction's closure. These invoices will provide detailed information about the item(s) you won, including item quantity, description, payment breakdown (including Total Extended Price, Buyer's Premium [17% auction fee] + Handling Fee [$1 Per Each lot], HST [13%], and Invoice Total). 5. Payment Requirements: We do not accept credit card payments over $500. For payments exceeding this amount, please use Cash or e-transfer. Payment for won items is due within 24 hours after the auction closes. If your card is declined, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue and clear the outstanding balance. ""By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that we may request a valid photo ID and credit card information for verification purposes."" Failure to meet payment requirements may result in your items being classified as abandoned and could lead to restrictions on future bidding. We accept payment via E-transfer to [email protected] Please include your invoice number in the transfer description. If you prefer to pay in cash during pick-up, please indicate this during registration. A 17% buyer's premium plus $1 Handling Fee and applicable HST will be added to all winning bids.
