ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using any website, auction platform, online store, application, or service operated by Adventure Auction & Liquidation, LLC ("AA&L," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to purchases, transactions, and services offered through: Our online auctions conducted through HiBid and Auction Flex. Our Shop Now – Buy Now online liquidation store. Our website and related services. Local merchandise pickup. Shipping services offered for eligible auction purchases. By registering, placing a bid, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms specifically disclosed for the applicable transaction. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services or make purchases through our platforms. 2. TYPES OF PURCHASES Adventure Auction & Liquidation, LLC operates two primary sales channels. A. HiBid Online Auctions Customers may participate in online auctions and place bids on available merchandise. Auction purchases are subject to the auction rules, bidding procedures, buyer's premium, payment requirements, and other applicable terms. Shipping is available only on specifically designated eligible auction items. B. Shop Now – Buy Now Online Store Customers may purchase merchandise directly through our online store at the advertised fixed price. Store purchases do not require bidding and are not subject to the auction buyer's premium. All Shop Now – Buy Now purchases are local pickup only. Shipping and delivery are not available for store purchases. 3. AUCTION REGISTRATION AND BIDDING Customers participating in HiBid auctions must maintain a valid bidder account and provide accurate registration information. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the merchandise if their bid is successful. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all item descriptions, photographs, condition disclosures, and applicable auction terms before placing bids. Winning bids constitute a commitment to purchase, subject to applicable law and any stated auction conditions. AA&L reserves the right, where permitted by law, to reject bids, cancel transactions involving errors or suspected fraud, restrict bidder participation, and suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. HiBid users are also subject to applicable HiBid platform terms. 4. AUCTION BUYER'S PREMIUM An 18% buyer's premium will be added to the final winning bid amount for all HiBid auction purchases. Applicable sales tax and any shipping and handling charges will be calculated separately. The buyer's premium applies only to auction purchases. No buyer's premium is charged
