Dynamic Closing: Items will close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing of that item for an additional 1 minute. You can place the next bid based on the set bid increments OR you may place a higher “max bid”. If you place a max bid, the computer will bid for you if another bidder places a bid. For example, if you want to place a max bid of $100 on an item that currently has a max bid of $20, you will be the current winning bidder at $25. If another person places a $30, the computer will accept a bid from you at $35. This will continue until your competitor stops bidding, or until your max bid is no longer the highest bid.
