Estate of Stansbery Ladue, Missouri – Online Only Estate Auction This is an online-only auction liquidating an estate in Ladue, MO. All items are sold AS IS, AS FOUND, with no attempt to improve, repair, or restore. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before bidding. This home is on a Short and Narrow street and will not be accessible by a vehicle with a trailer. If you need to bring a trailer, you will need a support vehicle to pick up items and move to a trailer at another location. Auction Closing This auction features a soft close beginning at 7:00 PM on Sunday, November 22nd, with one lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick-Up Information Pick-up is Thursday, November 24th | Noon – 6:00 PM at the home in Ladue, MO. The exact address will be provided in your invoice email following the auction. Important Invoice Information At the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed from: **[email protected]** Please be aware that this email may land in your Promotions or Spam/Junk folder. Your invoice email will contain your pick-up information, including the address. Please check those folders before calling to request the pick-up address. The information will be included in your invoice email. Buyer's Premium & Payment A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all successful bids. We will automatically charge the credit card on file for all invoices under $1,000 UNLESS you leave a note in the NOTES TO AUCTIONEER section requesting otherwise. Shipping & Payment for Shipped Items Shipping is handled in-house, and our preferred method of payment is PayPal invoicing for your convenience. If you use a different email address for PayPal than the one associated with your purchase, please let us know by responding directly to your invoice. If you are unable to use PayPal, simply reply to your invoice and let us know. We will be happy to arrange an alternative invoicing method. We make every reasonable effort to carefully pack and ship items in-house. However, please understand that we are not a professional shipping company. Purchases involving multiple bulky items, oversized merchandise, or especially fragile items may present additional packing and shipping challenges.
