R. 45a. First of a lot of 2. T. Barker Model Hammer Double. Serial # NSN. 12 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun with 30” Damascus barrels. The bores are good, dirty with moderate fouling, no pitting. Made in Belgium. Double triggers. The metal finish on the barrels is a blotchy brown patina with a heavy coat of lacquer that has yellowed. The frame and lock plates are a partially cleaned gray/brown patina with a partial covering of lacquer. The plain walnut forearm has had extra finish added and is held on with a screw, it shows dings and scratches. The checkered butt stock has had extra finish added and is in good condition showing light marks with a small sliver of wood missing from the left lock plate. Rusty grooved steel butt plate. The action works OK, there is a screw missing from the trigger guard. C&R. R. 45b. Second of a lot of 2: Crescent Firearms Model New Empire. Serial # 33893. 12 Ga. double barreled shotgun with 28” barrels. The bores are good, mostly clean with light fouling and dust. Double triggers with extractors. The blued metal finish on the barrels is in fair condition showing of moderate to heavy rust. The receiver is mostly a rusty brown patina. The checkered hardwood forearm and the matching checkered butt stock are in fair condition showing dings, scrapes and scratches with finish wear. Red rubber recoil pad. The action works OK, the lock-up is a bit loose. C&R.
