Bixby Auction Group LLC accepts cash payments up to $5,000, bank wire transfers, checks accompanied by a pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, and credit card payments up to $2,500. All invoices must be paid in full before any items will be released. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR REMOVAL: Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items. Please bring appropriate moving equipment, packaging materials, and sufficient help, as some items are large and heavy. A $50.00 per-item fee will be charged if auction staff is required to assist with loading heavy items. PICKUP DEADLINE & LATE FEES: All items must be picked up, or shipping arrangements made, by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20, 2026. If neither has occurred by this deadline, the credit card on file will be charged the outstanding invoice balance plus a $25.00 administrative fee.
