Pair of brass two-arm wall candle sconces in the Colonial style — scrolled arms, a turned baluster stem over a ball-form backplate, and a hanging loop at the top. About 13 in. tall overall. Unmarked. The two sconces are a true matched pair, both complete with both candle cups. The fronts are polished and bright while the arms and backs carry an aged olive-brown patina, preserved as found and never polished for the photos. The candle cups show dark soot and wax residue inside, with a green verdigris ring inside one cup; the drip pans have fine scratches and wear. No dents, bends or missing parts.
