NEW FOR 2026: Any bidders who have never registered for one of our auctions will automatically have their card on file charged at completion of auction. If you choose to pay with cash, you can provide cash upon pick up of purchase(s) and we will reverse the credit card transaction on account. Once the transaction is successfully completed, your bidder account will be marked as a cash payer and any future purchases will not require immediate credit card payment. We apologize for this inconvenience, but due to a high amount of fraudulent bidders and pre-paid credit cards being used for bidder validation, this will be our payment process moving forward until stated otherwise. All customers in good standing prior to Jan 1, 2026 will be exempt from this change in payment terms, however, the auction company reserves the right at any time to pursue credit card payment from any bidder if there is reason to believe the bidder is suspect of non-payment. Any new bidders whose credit card payment is declined, will receive notice by email, which will include a deadline for alternative payment. Failure to make payment will result in forfeiture of purchases; your bidder account will be reported to HiBid as fraudulent; and you will become a permanently declined bidder with our company, which ultimately is visible to all other auction companies on the HiBid platform.
