Picker's rights to the loose contents of the entire second floor (three rooms). Assumption of Risk: Participation is at your own risk. Red River Auctions, its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained while searching, handling, moving, or loading items, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 2. Safe Handling: Participants are responsible for using caution when handling items and loading their vehicles. Be aware of sharp objects, heavy items, uneven surfaces, and other potential hazards. 3. Cleanup & Trash Removal: All trash, debris, and unwanted materials generated during the picking or loading process must be removed from the property. This includes, but is not limited to, trash left in the yard, driveway, parking areas, or other outdoor spaces. 4. $50 Cleanup Fee: A $50 cleanup fee will be charged to anyone who leaves trash, debris, or unwanted materials behind during or after loading. 5. Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions, belongings, and safe loading practices. By participating in the Pickers’ Rights Room, you agree to follow these rules and accept responsibility for your participation.
