Please review the following terms before placing your bids. 1. ITEM CONDITION & SALES All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied, except as required by applicable law. Please carefully review all photographs, descriptions, and available information before bidding. Photographs are part of the item description. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, except where required by law or applicable platform rules. 2. PAYMENT TERMS Winning bidders are required to complete payment within seven (7) calendar days following the conclusion of the auction. Failure to submit payment within this period may result in cancellation of the winning bids, forfeiture of the items, and possible restrictions on future auction participation. 3. SHIPPING & HANDLING WE COMBINE SHIPPING – THE MORE YOU WIN, THE MORE YOU SAVE! 1–50 cards: $6.00 shipping 51–100 cards: $8.00 shipping 101+ cards: FREE SHIPPING! All eligible lots won within the same auction will be combined into a single shipment whenever practical. An additional $1.25 handling fee applies per combined shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS within three (3) business days after confirmed payment. Shipping restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. The shipping address must match the address registered with your HiBid account. WAINCARDS cannot accommodate shipping address changes after purchase. 4. PAYMENT DISPUTES By placing a bid, you agree to honor your winning bids and the applicable payment terms. All sales are final, subject to applicable laws and HiBid policies. Buyers should contact WAINCARDS promptly regarding any order concerns before initiating a payment dispute. Nothing in these terms limits any legally protected rights to dispute unauthorized transactions or qualifying billing errors. 5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS By registering with WAINCARDS, you agree to receive transactional communications regarding your bids, invoices, payments, and shipments. You may also opt in to receive announcements about upcoming auctions, featured collections, and special events. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. 6.
