Ceramic. This lot consists of two elephant figurines of different materials and styles. The first is a cream-colored elephant depicted in a walking pose with its trunk raised and mouth slightly open. It is constructed of molded composition or a hard plastic. The underbelly is embossed with the mark MADE IN JAPAN in a semi-circle above a three-petaled flower or clover symbol. The second item is a small ceramic elephant with a raised trunk and large ears. It features a mottled blue and white glaze over a white base, with pink-glazed interiors in the ears. No maker marks are visible on the ceramic piece.
