Vatican City souvenir display featuring a central portrait of Pope Paul VI surrounded by an assortment of Vatican postage stamps. Presented against a burgundy background with a gold-coloured border and a heading reading “Città del Vaticano – Souvenir.” The stamps feature religious artwork, saints, architecture, and cultural commemorations, including designs depicting Michelangelo and Dante. Both “Poste Vaticane” and “Posta Aerea Vaticana” examples are visible, with denominations expressed in lire. An attractive piece for collectors of Vatican memorabilia, religious souvenirs, or stamp-themed displays. Several stamps bear dates from the 1960s; the assembly date of the display has not been confirmed. Pre-owned condition with visible age-related yellowing, edge and corner wear, and marks to the backing. The clear protective covering shows wrinkles and reflections. Stamp gum, mounting method, and individual stamp condition have not been examined. Includes the souvenir display pictured.
