See pics for condition. McCoy Pottery "Pinecone Basketweave" cookie jar, originally produced in 1956 out of Roseville, Ohio. Sharing the exact same tall, rectangular body mold configuration as the lamb variation from earlier in your sequence (Lot #0115), this classic mid-century piece features a base sculpted to replicate a woven wicker basket with a diagonal banner spelling out "Cookies". Instead of an animal, the removable lid is crowned with a highly detailed, embossed cluster of three pinecones nestled on a bed of green pine needles, which functions as the handle.
