ATX AUCTIONS – TRI-CITY TRANSPORT AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms. 1. PICKUP LOCATIONS – IMPORTANT This auction offers transport to ONE of the following designated pickup locations. Bidders must select their preferred pickup location during registration and are responsible for verifying the correct location before bidding. TOOELE / ERDA, UTAH 1233 Green Meadows Ct. Please verify the address, distance, and travel arrangements before placing any bids. No refunds, cancellations, or adjustments will be granted due to distance concerns, travel inconvenience, or failure to select or verify the correct pickup location. 2. PAYMENT DEADLINE All invoices must be paid in full by Wednesday, following the auction. Items associated with open, unpaid, or outstanding invoices will not be transported to the designated pickup locations. Payment must be completed before an item can be included in transport. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their invoices are paid on time. 3. TRANSPORT AND PICKUP SCHEDULE Transported items will be available for pickup beginning Thursday at the bidder’s selected pickup location. Pickup instructions and any location-specific details will be provided as applicable. Bidders are responsible for collecting their purchases from the selected location within the required pickup period. Please do not travel to a pickup location until the Thursday after the auction. 4. STRICT 10-CALENDAR-DAY PICKUP POLICY All transported auction items must be picked up within 10 calendar days of becoming available for pickup. Items not collected within the permitted period may be considered abandoned and forfeited, without a refund, subject to applicable law and the auction terms. Bidders are responsible for arranging transportation, bringing adequate help and equipment, and ensuring their purchases are collected within the required timeframe. 5. NO TRANSPORT OF UNPAID ITEMS Items with unpaid invoices will not be transported. If an invoice remains open or unpaid by the Wednesday payment deadline, the associated items will not be included in the scheduled transport. Bidders must resolve outstanding balances before transport arrangements can be completed. 6. LOCATION VERIFICATION AND NO DISTANCE REFUNDS Bidders are responsible for reviewing the three pickup addresses and determining which location is appropriate before bidding. ATX Auctions will not issue refunds or cancel purchases because a bidder misunderstood the location, selected the wrong pickup site, underestimated the travel distance, or later found pickup inconvenient.
