Special Pick Up Instructions for THIS AUCTION

Congratulations on winning at our auction. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE. Because this is a massive auction in a very cramped space, we ask for your patience, cooperation, and adherence to these guidelines so we can make the process as seamless as possible. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY, as staff will not be available to assist anyone until Noon. MANDATORY CHECK-IN PLEASE CHECK IN WITH US AND PRESENT A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE OR A PHOTO ID BEFORE TOUCHING OR LOADING ANY ITEMS. LOCATION REMINDER All items must be picked up at the auction location in HARRISVILLE, WV 26362. THE EXACT ADDRESS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE EMAIL WITH YOUR PAID RECEIPT. Please note that we will NOT move or transport any items to Vienna for pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. PICKUP SCHEDULE • SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH (General Pickup): Noon to 5:00 PM. • SMALL ITEMS (Glassware, Collectibles): You are welcome to pick these up anytime between Noon and 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that you consider arriving during the FIRST TWO HOURS if possible, to help clear initial space. • MEDIUM ITEMS (Stands, Chairs, Accent Tables): Please shoot for the MIDDLE OF THE CHECK OUT TIME FRAME to pick up these items. • LARGE ITEMS (Appliances, Cabinets, Sofas, Beds, Dining Table): There is simply no room to physically maneuver these out until small and medium size items are removed. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT 3:00 PM OR LATER to pick up these large items on Sunday. • MONDAY (Limited Pickup, LARGE ITEMS ONLY): 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. • This window is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and is strictly reserved for the large items noted above. • PLEASE NOTE: We still ask that you pick up your small items on Sunday. • FORFEITURE POLICY: Any items not picked up during these designated times will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS issued. We are unable to store, move, or hold items for another date. PARKING AND LOGISTICS • NO DOOR ACCESS: You will not be able to back your vehicle up to the door. • STREET PARKING ONLY: Please park on the street nearby. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DOLLIES OR CARTS to wheel items to your vehicle. SAFETY AND LOADING GUIDELINES • LOADING ASSISTANCE: Please remember to bring your own boxes, packing materials, and MOVING HELP (MUSCLE). We will NOT have loaders on-site to assist. • STAFF RESTRICTIONS: YOU CANNOT HIRE OUR EMPLOYEES to load your vehicles or deliver your items. Please do not ask, as they have other operational duties to attend to. • BUILDING SAFETY RESTRICTIONS: For safety reasons, anyone not actively loading, CHILDREN UNDER 18, AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED inside the buildings. NO EXCEPTIONS. • FOOTWEAR: Please wear proper, closed-toe footwear. We ask that you AVOID FLIP-FLOPS AND SANDALS if you are moving furniture.
