This vintage advertising sign features hand-bent neon glass tubing mounted on a black industrial metal frame. The design includes the Lite beer logo in white script positioned above a stylized eagle in flight, rendered in white and yellow tubing. A black metal transformer box at the base features an adhesive label from Mt. Vernon Neon, Mt. Vernon, Illinois, along with a secondary label for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers reading UNION MADE. The assembly includes a pull-chain switch and hanging chain for display. The sign measures 24 inches tall by 29 inches wide by 7 inches deep. The sign is in used, unrestored condition and does not light up. The neon tubing is intact except for a visible break in a dark-painted section on the lower right wing. Surfaces show significant dust and grime, with minor rust and paint wear
