This ebonized wood mantel clock features an 8-day time and strike mechanical movement. The architecture is accented with faux-marbled columns and gilt metal side handles designed as lions' heads. A circular gilt metal dial displays embossed foliate scrolls and raised Arabic numerals. A partially torn paper label on the reverse reads THE E. INGRAHAM COMPANY, BRISTOL, CONN., U.S.A. Dimensions: 10 1/2 inches tall by 16 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches deep. Chipping and wear to the black finish at edges and corners. Minor scuffing to faux-marble panels. Oxidation present on the dial and hands. Missing one metal winding arbor grommet.
