Extron Fox500 DVI TX The Extron FOX 500 DVI TX is an all-digital, fiber-optic transmitter designed to send single-link DVI-D, stereo audio, and RS-232 control signals over long distances using a single fiber optic cable. It delivers pixel-for-pixel image transmission for resolutions up to 1600x1200 or HDTV 1080p/60. Key Features and Specifications Signal Transmission: Carries DVI-D, stereo audio, and RS-232 control. Fiber Versions: Available in an 850 nm multimode model for distances up to 2 km (1.25 miles) and a 1310 nm singlemode model for up to 30 km (18.75 miles). Loop-Through & EDID: Features a buffered DVI input loop-through and EDID emulation for selectable resolutions and reliable operation. Status Monitoring: Real-time LED indicators and alarm notifications for fiber link loss.
