The first lot closes at 7PM EST with a soft close and stagger of 15 seconds. Invoices are sent at the conclusion of the sale. This is the downsizing auction of a local couple. Condition and age will vary. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing a bid. Our auctions are thoughtfully assembled to connect quality pieces with engaged buyers. We are currently reviewing consignments for upcoming sales. If you have quality antiques, estate items, or collections you are considering selling, we would be happy to discuss whether auction is the right fit. Pickup is Tuesday 10/27/26 from 11:30 - 5:30PM. Location: Victor Drive, Mooresville, IN 46158. Full address given to winning bidders only. THERE IS NO SHIPPING. THERE ARE NO ALTERNATE PICKUP DAYS OR TIMES. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ITEMS DURING THE SCHEDULED DAY & TIME. Pickup Date & Time The scheduled pickup date and time are established to ensure an organized and efficient process for both bidders and staff. All items must be picked up during the designated pickup window. Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be considered forfeited without refund. Bidders are responsible for verifying all items onsite before leaving. Each bidder is provided with a copy of their invoice at pickup. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect all of your items before leaving. Pickup can be busy, so we strongly recommend checking off each item on your invoice as you load them. Once the pickup window closes, any unclaimed items will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued once items leave the pickup, so please check all items carefully and let the auction staff know if there is an issue. Condition of Items All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Yellow Moon Auctions does not clean, repair, restore, or improve items prior to sale. Items are not tested unless specifically stated in the lot description. If an item is described as “working” or “tested,” testing must be completed onsite during pickup. Once an item leaves the pickup location, the sale is final. No refunds or returns will be issued. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before the auction closes. Identification & Payment Verification Photo ID and signature may be required at pickup in accordance with credit card processing and fraud prevention policies. For invoices over $100, matching identification and signature may be required. Removal of Items Bidders are responsible for the safe and timely removal of all items.
