Collection of CDs spanning pop, adult contemporary, alternative rock, and singer-songwriter music from the 1990s–2000s. The lot includes several major-selling artists and greatest-hits collections. 1. Sarah McLachlan, Afterglow. 2003 Arista release featuring Fallen, World on Fire, Stupid, Push, Time, and Answer. 2. Madonna, Music. 2000 album featuring Music, Don’t Tell Me, What It Feels Like for a Girl, and American Pie on some editions. 3. Annie Lennox , The Annie Lennox Collection. Career-spanning compilation with Walking on Broken Glass, Why, No More “I Love You’s,” A Whiter Shade of Pale, Cold, Dark Road, and other solo favorites. 4. The Cranberries, To the Faithful Departed. Alternative-rock album featuring Salvation, Free to Decide, When You’re Gone, Hollywood, and War Child. 5. Cher, It’s a Man’s World. Mid-1990s album featuring Cher’s interpretations of pop, rock and soul material. 6. Matchbox Twenty, Yourself or Someone Like You, Breakthrough album featuring Push, 3AM, Real World, Back 2 Good, and Long Day. 7. Madonna, The Immaculate Collection. A 17-track greatest-hits compilation containing Holiday, Lucky Star, Borderline, Like a Virgin, Material Girl, Crazy for You, Into the Groove, Live to Tell, Papa Don’t Preach, Open Your Heart, La Isla Bonita, Like a Prayer, Express Yourself, Cherish, Vogue, Justify My Love, and Rescue Me. 8. One additional CD appears to be a Sarah McLachlan title based on the cover imagery, but the exact title is not clear enough in these photos for me to identify confidently. UNTESTED. Visual inspections shows CDs range from approximately good to very good condition. The playing surfaces show varying amounts of light scratches, scuffs and handling marks; the Matchbox Twenty disc appears to have more noticeable surface scratching than several of the others. No obvious cracks or severe damage to the discs are visible. Jewel cases have moderate scratches, rubbing and general storage wear, and some inserts show handling wear. One case has a handwritten $3.00 price sticker. All retain their respective artwork and inserts.
