The composition retains strong coloration, with multiple overlapping applications of paint and areas of raised pigment consistent with the visible drip-and-pour technique. The exposed background shows slight tonal variations and scattered marks. No major tears or significant losses are apparent in the photographs. Presented in a light natural wood-toned frame with a simple molded profile. The reverse is covered with a brown backing board and fitted with hanging hardware. It was offered at auction in 2022 and purchased by another private European collection, where it remains. Visual Description: A densely layered abstract composition consisting of an intricate network of interwoven lines, splashes, drips, and irregular pools of color distributed across a warm, light-toned background. The painting features a dynamic interplay of black, crimson red, golden yellow, white, cobalt blue, olive green, and earthy brown. Thick black lines traverse the composition in sweeping arcs, angular movements, and looping gestures, establishing a strong visual structure against the lighter ground. These darker passages intersect with energetic ribbons of red and yellow, while smaller droplets and splashes introduce rhythmic accents throughout the surface. The central area is particularly dense, with overlapping gestures forming a complex arrangement of color and movement. White paint creates contrasting highlights and visual openings within the network, while touches of blue, green, and muted gray contribute additional depth and chromatic variation. The composition extends horizontally, with paint distributed across nearly the entire pictorial field.
