Step into history with these rugged iron ice block tongs, an essential tool from an era when refrigeration meant hauling massive blocks of frozen water! Crafted from durable metal, these tongs feature a distinctive loop handle and sharp hooked ends designed to grip heavy ice blocks securely. Measuring roughly 16 inches, this piece is not just a relic of the past – it's a testament to human ingenuity and the sheer muscle it took to keep things cool before electricity did the job. A fascinating conversation starter or addition to any collection of early industrial tools!
