Incorporated in New York in 1959, Security Options Corp. was an independent securities brokerage and underwriting firm formed during the late 1950s financial expansion on Wall Street. The firm specialized in equity options, broker-dealer services, and over-the-counter financial transactions. The blue-bordered certificate features a central vignette depicting an American eagle perched atop a decorative shield within an architectural archway. Because we have multiples of the certificate shown, you are bidding on a certificate of equal of better condition but with a different Issuance Date and Owner name.
