.25CAL Youth Model Very hard to make out, 36” Heavy Octagonal Barrel, front sight is broken, no #, this gun was also known as a treaty/trade rifle, **appears authentic, verify this yourself we are not experts, but we do try to describe items as accurately as possible** If authentic this gun was produced between 1850-1860 by the Boulton Gun Works near Nazareth Pennsylvania. No US markings on the gun and the small caliber means it was made for the civilian market as a “Plains or Squirrel Rifle”
