A comprehensive porcelain coffee and tea service produced by Rosenthal, Germany, as part of the Studio-linie range. The set features the Romanze pattern designed by Bjorn Wiinblad, characterised by an all-over low-relief textured pattern consisting of geometric shapes and ovals. Each piece is finished in a minimalist white glaze with thin silver-toned platinum bands to the rims and metallic finials to the lids. The service includes one coffee pot with a scroll handle and fitted lid, two lidded sugar bowls, two creamers, one oval serving platter, twelve coffee/tea cups with scroll handles, twelve saucers, and twelve side plates. The bases are stamped with the olive-grey Rosenthal studio-linie mark, featuring a crown above crossed batons. The collection is accompanied by numerous original branded cardboard storage boxes. Height of coffee pot approx. 26.5 cm (measured against a ruler). Condition: The porcelain appears in very good condition throughout. There are no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration to the bodies. The platinum-toned rims show no significant signs of wear or rubbing. The original boxes show some age-related wear, tape residue, and tearing.
