Items shall be picked up at the new Riverside Auction and Sales office; 707 S 13th St Tekamah, NE (Old Plaindealer) on the following dates and times: September 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and September 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please adhere to pickup times as we will not be available for pickup other than these times. All items must be paid for in full before being removed. All items will be removed at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Please bring your own packing materials and manpower to safely remove and load your own items. Any items not removed from our facility within the specified pickup time will be considered abandoned, and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property including all funds used to purchase the items, unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the auction company.
