This 1909 Lincoln Head Cent marks the debut of the design created by artist Victor D. Brenner. Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth, this coin features the bust of Lincoln on the obverse and the 'One Cent' denomination on the reverse. The series is recognized for being the first U.S. coin to feature a specific person and for the inclusion of the 'In God We Trust' motto. This coin is housed in a protective plastic holder.
