Colby, 24, of La Grange, Kentucky has been involved with horses her entire life. Raised on her family's training farm, she grew up immersed in the horse industry and gained hands-on experience working with a wide variety of horses from an early age. From colt starting and problem-solving to working with feral horses and putting the finishing touches on more advanced horses, Colby has developed a well-rounded foundation in horsemanship. In 2021, Colby began participating in training competitions, where she discovered a passion for expanding her knowledge and continuing to develop her skills as a horsewoman. She is especially passionate about helping horses that may not have been given a fair opportunity and enjoys building confidence, trust, and understanding through consistent training. Colby is excited to take on another American Mustang and looks forward to showcasing the progress, versatility, and potential these incredible horses have to offer at the Bluegrass Mustang Makeover.
