Lot 11: Rheem 4-Ton AC Condenser with Equipment Pad and Matching Air Handler This lot features a matched Rheem split-system central air conditioning setup consisting of a 4-ton outdoor condenser unit (Model: RA1348AJ1NA, Serial Number: W441914592, Manufactured: 10/2019), an air conditioning equipment pad, and an indoor air handler unit (Model: RH1P4821STANJA, Serial Number: W181934367, Manufactured: 04/2019). The refrigerant has been pumped down / drawn down into the system prior to removal. Both units are used decommissioned facility equipment selling together with the outdoor pad as one lot in AS IS, WHERE IS condition. Units have not been hooked up, powered on, or tested for electrical function, compressor operation, or blower motor performance. Units show standard signs of previous installation, outdoor exposure, and handling wear, including weathered casing and dust. Copper lineset, thermostat, disconnect box, and electrical whip are not included unless pictured.
