By participating in this auction, bidders agree to all terms outlined below. Fees and Registration " Internet buyer's premium: 15% " North Carolina sales tax: 6.75% " By registering for Rusty Relics Auction Services, LLC auction on HiBid, you authorize Rusty Relics to charge the card on file with HiBid for any invoice and any shipping or handling charges resulting from your bidding activity. Refunds, Returns, and Item Condition " No refunds or chargebacks are allowed. All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. Buyers are encouraged to take advantage of the hours listed for preview. Contact us with any questions prior to bidding " No returns are allowed. All sales are final. Preview Information We encourage previewing all items before bidding. Shipping Information " If you require shipping, please indicate that during registration. We offer in house shipping and purchase all labels through Pirate Ship. If you authorize shipping we will not contact you prior to processing the card on file for all shipping and handling changes. You will receive an invoice inside of your package. " Large furniture items and pictures with glass in the frames are not eligible for shipping. " We use Pirate Ship to purchase labels and charge exact shipping plus a handling fee. " We do not ship packages without prior authorization. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us that shipping is needed. " We do not ship to addresses that are not on file with HiBid. We only ship to the address linked to your HiBid account. Handling Fees " Handling fees range from $8 to $25 per box, depending on the amount of bubble wrap, peanuts, paper, boxes, and other materials needed to safely ship your items. " Padded envelope handling fee: $8.00 (breakable items cannot be shipped in a padded envelope). " Mailing tube handling fee for posters and similar items: $15.00. " International shipments incur an additional $25.00 per box handling fee. Billing, Processing, and Delivery " You will see two charges on the credit card registered with HiBid: the first for the invoice total at the end of the auction, and the second for any shipping and handling charges.
