2024 1 Gram Gold Maple Leaf - Royal Canadian Mint. .9999 fine 24k gold, 1 gram fractional bullion coin with $0.50 CAD face value. Obverse: King Charles III portrait, first year of Charles III on the 1 gram Maple. Reverse: single maple leaf with radial lines and light-diffracting maple leaf privy mark. In assay card. The Gold Maple Leaf debuted in 1979 as Canada's answer to the Krugerrand and is now one of the world's purest and most recognized gold coins. The 1 gram is the smallest fractional size, offering ultra-divisible .9999 gold from the RCM with advanced security features including radial lines and Bullion DNA. The 2024 date marks the transition issue for the King Charles III effigy on micro fractional gold.
