We are pleased to present one hundred lots of Native American and Southwestern sterling silver jewelry from private estates and collections throughout the tri-state area. Highlights include pieces by 20th century Navajo, Zuni and Hopi artisans Veronica Benally, Wes Craig and Abraham Begay (Navajo); Sonny Wallace and Effie Calavaza (Zuni); and Fernando Puhuhefvaya, Lorraine Bowannie Shewe and Vern Mansfield (Hopi), alongside Taxco, Mexico silversmiths Jeronimo Fuentes, Lawrence Baca and Juventino Perez Marquez. Many pieces are set with natural turquoise, lapis lazuli, spiny coral and onyx, featuring Native American and Southwestern motifs throughout.
