The sale will be held over the course of two days "under the tent", starting at 10:00am EST each day, on Saturday, September 26, 2026 and Sunday, September 27, 2026. Regular auction preview will be held daily prior to the start of each sale from 8:00am to 10:00am EST. The preview and auction will be held at 81 Dix Drive, Phoenix, NY 13135. The Saturday auction will be a general "old fashioned" in-person only sale with items to include: tools, general miscellaneous antiques and other household goods.
